God loves weddings! In John's Gospel, Jesus first showed his true nature at a wedding. We would be delighted to bring God's blessing on your marriage at St. Dunstan's, in the most beautiful surroundings. We believe that your wedding is one of the happiest days of your life and we do everything we can to make sure that you and your guests enjoy it to the fullest. We are not a wedding chapel, in that we do not rent out the church for weddings, but our clergy and wedding co-ordinators will be delighted to work with you to help your marriage to be truly blessed.

Attractive hall for your wedding reception
  • Beautiful sanctuary, with its stunning stained glass window, will comfortably seat 300 people.
  • The high windowed ceilings offer lots of natural light.
  • Windowed nursery allows parents and young children to follow the ceremony, if they prefer not to sit in the sanctuary, itself.
  • Comfortable rooms are set aside for the wedding party to gather.
  • We provide professional pre-marital counselling.
  • Our talented music director is available to play for your wedding, but our sound system can play your own selections, if you prefer, in consultation with the pastor.
  • Attractive hall is available for your reception, so that your guests do not have to travel to another location.
  • The hall includes a commercially equipped kitchen, for your catering needs.

Our tradition is that the Bride and Groom are invited to ring the church bells after the ceremony, to let the world know of your marriage.

The not so small print

We are delighted to conduct weddings for anyone who wishes for God's blessing, including those who have been divorced. We do ask that either the bride or the groom be baptised. If you have not been baptised yet, we would love to conduct that ceremony for you, too! Please go to Baptisms
