 nce. \nSelf-guided Labyrinth Walk: A labyrinth is a tool for prayer where
 by a person follows a path in prayerful silence to a centre.  It is a liv
 ing representation of our life journey from birth to death to new life in 
 God. People use the labyrinth for prayer in several ways. For some\, it is
  a simple walk to a centre in silence to help the mind find peace in anxio
 us thoughts.  For others\, it is an intentional search for resolution to 
 an issue they are facing.  Prayer labyrinths come in many shapes and size
 s. They all follow one clearly marked path. Unlike a maze\, there are no b
 arriers\, false turns\, or dead ends. They all have a centre or final poin
 t to move toward and away from.\nThe beautiful grass-path labyrinth\, loca
 ted on the front of the property next to 264th Street\, is open for self-g
 uided walk before Centering Prayer and after Contemplative Eucharist.  It
  is open 24/7 for people who want to use it at other times. Here is a LINK
