 ach month from 9:30am to noon.  Suitable for experienced practitioners an
 d those curious to explore the contemplative side of spiritual practices.
   The morning will be lightly guided with a focus on practice time in com
 munity.  Our hope is to establish an ongoing community of spiritual compa
