Facilitator:  Mary-Ellen Kelm

We are all addicted to something – even if it is just our own thinking. This course is an invitation to walk with others as we let go of our personal programs for happiness and prepare to live more fully in Christ. Using Richard Rohr’s text and companion journal, Breathing Under Water, this group will work the twelve steps to find new spiritual awakenings.

Participants will need to buy or order this book from a local shop or on-line from Centre for Action and Contemplation.

Mary-Ellen has witnessed the transformative power of the twelve steps in her own life and in the lives of others over the past twenty years. She brings this experience and a developing appreciation of contemplative practices to this series.
