If you're a 55+ unpaid caregiver in the community, we warmly invite you to join us at the FREE Community Connections Café - a welcoming, once-a-month gathering designed just for you.

Community Connections Café is a relaxed and supportive space where caregivers can:

Learn about helpful local resources, connect with peers who understand the caregiving journey, Enjoy a light meal and meaningful conversation

Each gathering offers helpful information, social connections, and an opportunity to build supportive relationships in a friendly, inclusive environment.
