Season of Creation is a time (September 1 - October 4) for Christians to come together in prayer and action for Creation.
St. Dunstan's will be marking this ecumenical observance over 5 Sundays in September and October, beginning on September 7th. PEACE WITH CREATION is the 2025 overarching theme.
Each Sunday, parishioners will be asked add a Symbol of Creation with your intention around the Re-gathering Tree in the sanctuary. (Symbols and pens will be provided as you enter the sanctuary). Our hope is to create a Peace with Creation visual to reflect our commitment to be co-renewer of creation.
September 7: Symbol: Dove | Intention: Name as aspect of Creation you want to bring peace to.
September 14: Symbol: Owls | Intention: Where in Creation do you seek wisdom from?
September 21: Symbol: People | Intention: Name one way you can contribute to bring healing to Creation.
September 28: Symbol: Plants | Intention: Share one lesson you learned from Creation.
